What is Propel Women?
Before getting into what Propel is, let's first explain what Propel is NOT. Propel, while being under the covering of New Harvest Christian Life Ministries, is not a New Harvest Ministry and is not about encouraging women to leave their home church. We believe in encouraging people- men and women, alike- to grow where they are planted. You have something to offer the church you are in and we believe you need to remain there and be a vital part of what God is doing there until HE tells you otherwise. We do not believe in denominational walls. While we may see a few things differently, the foundation built on Jesus Christ and His atoning sacrifice is one we can unit under.
So, what is Propel Women? Propel Women was founded by Christine Caine, who also co-founded A21 with her husband, Nick Caine. The focus of A21 is to eliminate the sex trade industry around the globe. Propel Women is a completely separate ministry from A21. As explained on the PropelWomen.org website, "Propel exists to help activate, connect and equip you to fulfill your God given passion, potential and purpose." At our local Propel chapter, our goal is to build strong relationships, encourage one another to step into the dream God has given you, help you connect with other women who are like-minded in the pursuit of those dreams and goals and to stand shoulder to shoulder alongside you as you grow and learn. Whether your purpose is in the ministry, the marketplace or the home, you matter. You are incredibly important. You are touching lives every day. No matter your role in life, you are a leader. Whether it's in the boardroom, the classroom or the playroom. We want to help you unlock the potential your Father placed in you.
My role in all of this is simple- I am, and always be, your cheerleader. I will celebrate your victories with you, help you sort things out when they don't go according to plan and will listen when you need to vent. And I promise, what happens at Propel, stays at Propel! I am here to help Propel you into the fullness of your call.
